Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Inburg's event management platform, including inburg.com, events.inburg.com, and any tenant custom domains (the "Service"), operated by Inburg India Private Limited ("Inburg," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. If you invite team members (including as an Event Manager scoped to specific events), you're responsible for their use of the Service under your account.

What you can do with the Service

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service to manage your own events — registrations, outreach, submissions, and any lead sources you choose to connect. You may not use the Service to send unsolicited communications, scrape or resell data, or violate the terms of any third-party platform you connect (including Meta's, Google's, or LinkedIn's own terms).

Connected third-party accounts

If you connect a third-party account (e.g. Facebook/Instagram, Google, LinkedIn) to import leads, you represent that you have the right to do so and that your own use of that platform complies with its terms. We act on your instructions in accessing data through that connection; you remain responsible for how you use the data once it's in the Service.

Your content

You retain ownership of the data you and your End Users submit through the Service. You grant us the right to store, process, and display it solely to provide the Service to you.

Availability

We aim to keep the Service available and reliable but don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inburg is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time; contact us to request deletion of your account and data.

Changes to these Terms

If we change these Terms, we'll update the date at the top of this page.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
