Inburg India Private Limited ("Inburg," "we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose information through our event management platform, including inburg.com, events.inburg.com, and any tenant custom domains (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information as described here.
The Service is used by event organizers ("Customers") to manage their own events, and by people who interact with those events — registering, applying to speak, submitting an abstract, expressing sponsor interest, or submitting a lead form ("End Users"). This policy covers both.
From Customers (event organizers and their team members):
From End Users, submitted through forms a Customer configures:
A Customer may connect their own Facebook/Instagram Lead Ads, Google Ads Lead Form, Google Forms, LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms, or website form account to the Service. When they do, we receive the lead data that platform's form collected — typically name, email, phone number, and whatever other fields the Customer's own form asked for — and store it so the Customer can view and act on it inside their Submissions dashboard.
We access this data only on behalf of, and at the direction of, the Customer who owns that connection. We do not use it for our own advertising, do not sell it, and do not share it with any other Customer. A Customer can disconnect a lead source at any time, which stops new data from being received.
Where this data comes from Meta Platforms (Facebook/Instagram), our use of it is additionally governed by Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies.
We don't sell personal information. We share it only: with the Customer who collected it (the whole point of the Service), with infrastructure providers who host the Service under contract (e.g. our server and database providers), and when required by law.
We retain Customer and End User data for as long as the Customer's account is active, or as needed to provide the Service. A Customer can request deletion of their account and associated data by contacting us at the email below.
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls scoped by role. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The Service uses browser local storage to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising cookies on the application itself.
We are based in India. If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have rights under GDPR to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data — contact us to exercise these rights.
This policy is governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
