Inburg India Private Limited ("Inburg," "we," "us," or "our") operates a software-as-a-service event management platform. We do not sell, ship, or deliver any physical goods.

Digital service delivery

All products and services offered by Inburg — platform subscriptions, event registration and ticketing, discovery and outreach tools, document generation, and related features — are delivered digitally and made available immediately upon successful payment or account activation, through your Inburg dashboard at your tenant's URL.

Tickets and registrations

Where Inburg facilitates ticket sales or registrations on behalf of an event organizer using our platform, confirmation and any associated digital ticket or QR code are delivered by email immediately after successful payment. No physical ticket or item is shipped.

No shipping charges

Since nothing is physically shipped, no shipping or delivery charges apply to any Inburg service.
